These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text message communications sent by Coker Commercial Properties, LLC, doing business as Pedego Boca, located at 5501 N Federal Hwy, Suite 2, Boca Raton, FL 33487.

Pedego Boca operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers who have voluntarily opted in to receive text messages. Messages sent through this program may include:

Promotional offers and discounts  •  New bike arrivals and brand announcements  •  Store event invitations including group rides  •  Seasonal service specials and reminders  •  Store updates including hours, location changes, and closures

Pedego Boca collects SMS consent through the following methods:

Online opt-in form: Customers may opt in at ebikeboca.com/sms-signup by providing their phone number and checking an unchecked consent checkbox.

Ride waiver: Customers who sign a ride waiver prior to a test ride may opt in to SMS communications by checking the marketing consent box on the waiver form.

Point of sale: Customers may provide their phone number and consent to receive SMS messages during a purchase or service visit at our store.

Consent is never pre-checked or assumed. All opt-ins are voluntary and explicit.

Message frequency varies. Customers will receive no more than 4 text messages per month. Most customers receive 1–2 messages per month during our active season (September through May). Messaging volume is reduced during the off-season (June through August).

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Pedego Boca at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START or by visiting ebikeboca.com/sms-signup.

Our SMS program is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may vary by carrier and location.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Pedego Boca, you confirm that you are the account holder or have permission from the account holder to receive messages at the phone number provided. You understand that consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may opt out at any time without penalty by replying STOP.

Mobile information including your phone number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
