Not "we'll take a look at it" — authorized. Covered repairs are done here with manufacturer parts at no cost to you, and it makes no difference where you bought the bike. Online, big-box, another state: your warranty travels with the bike.
Why a shop, not a website
You cannot test ride a photograph
Nearly every e-bike returned, resold or abandoned in a garage was bought without the buyer ever sitting on it.
Reach, weight, saddle height, whether your knee objects to a top tube, whether the bike is too heavy to lift onto your car — none of that survives a spec sheet. It takes about fifteen minutes on the actual bike, and it is the difference between a bike you ride weekly and a bike you regret.
So ride all six brands. Ride the cheap one against the expensive one. If the cheaper bike is the right bike for you, we will say so — we would rather have a customer for ten years than a margin for one afternoon.

An e-bike weighs 50 to 75 pounds. Getting it into a car is the single biggest reason bikes stop getting serviced — so we took that off your hands entirely.
We deliver new and pre-owned bikes to your door, and we collect them for service and bring them back. Condos, gated communities and marinas are routine.

We carry six brands, but these are the two we stake the shop on. Everything else is here to cover ground these two do not.

Bought online from a brand with no shop within 200 miles? That is most of what comes through our door, and it is genuinely fine.
Basic Tune
About an hour
The routine service that keeps a bike safe and quiet. Brakes, gears, bolts, tires and drivetrain checked, cleaned and adjusted. Most bikes want this twice a year; salt-air bikes want it more.
Performance Tune
About 90 minutes
Everything in the Basic Tune, plus wheel truing, bearing checks, cable replacement where needed and a full electrical inspection. The service for a bike that is either well-used or badly neglected.
Flat Repair
30 to 60 minutes
A rear flat on a hub-motor e-bike is a genuinely miserable job involving the motor cable, the torque arms and the disc rotor. We do them all day. Bring it in and get it back the same day where we can.
Online Bike Assembly
Usually same or next day
Bought a bike online and opened the box to find a half-built bike, a bag of bolts and a diagram? Bring it to us. We will build it properly, torque everything to spec and make sure it is safe before you ride it.

We will assemble it properly, torque it to spec, true the wheels the factory did not, and show you how it works. No judgement, no lecture, no upsell.

Where is the best electric bike shop in Boca Raton?
Pedego Boca is at 5501 N Federal Hwy, Ste 2, Boca Raton. We are a family-owned, multi-brand shop carrying Pedego, Urtopia, Emojo, Meelod, Murf and Woom — so you can test ride six brands in one visit rather than taking one shop's word for it. We also service every brand of e-bike, including ones we do not sell.
Are you an authorized warranty service center?
Yes — for 17 brands, including RAD Power Bikes, Jetson, JackRabbit, Bulls USA, Priority Bicycles, Bluejay, Ford, McLaren, Mercedes, Cycrown, Higbee, Viribus, Prevelo, Pedego, Urtopia, Emojo and Meelod. If your fault is covered, the manufacturer pays for the repair rather than you, and it makes no difference where you bought the bike.
Do you repair electric bikes bought online?
Yes. Rad Power, Aventon, Lectric, Ride1Up, Velotric, Heybike and most others come through our door regularly. We assemble box bikes properly, torque everything to spec, and diagnose electrical faults. The only limit is proprietary parts we cannot source, and we tell you that before you spend anything.
Do you deliver electric bikes?
Yes — we deliver bikes to your door and collect them for service across Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, Boynton Beach and Pompano Beach. An e-bike weighs 50 to 75 pounds, so for a lot of our customers this is what makes owning one workable at all. Condos, gated communities and marinas are routine.
Do you rent electric bikes?
No. We no longer offer rentals. Test rides, however, are free, take about twenty minutes, and require no deposit.
Do you sell electric trikes?
Yes. We carry the full Emojo trike range — Dexter, Bull, Bull Trail, Caddy Pro and Bison Pro — plus the Pedego Trike. Trikes cannot tip over at a standstill, which is why they get riders back on the road after balance has become a concern.
How often does an electric bike need servicing?
Twice a year for most riders. Make it three times if you ride daily or keep the bike within a couple of miles of the ocean — salt air is hard on drivetrains, cables and electrical connectors in a way that surprises people who have moved here from elsewhere.
What are your hours?
Monday and Tuesday 10am to 5pm, closed Wednesdays, then Thursday through Sunday 10am to 5pm. Walk in for a flat or a quick adjustment; call ahead for tunes, diagnostics and test rides.
