Delivery & pickup
You should not have to lift a 70-pound bike into a car
So don't. We deliver bikes to your door and collect them for service — across Boca Raton, Delray, Deerfield, Boynton and Pompano.
It is the part of owning an e-bike that nobody warns you about, and it is the reason a lot of bikes stop getting serviced. We took it off your hands.
How it works
Four steps, none of which involve your trunk
- 1
Tell us when
Call, text, or use the form. Give us a day and a rough window — mornings are usually easiest.
- 2
We come to you
Van, ramp, straps. You do not lift anything, and you do not need a bike rack or an SUV.
- 3
We do the work here
On our stand, with our tools and our parts. You get updates on your phone as it moves through the shop.
- 4
We bring it back
Serviced, tested and road-checked. We will walk you through what we found at your door.
Why this matters more than it sounds
An electric bike weighs between 50 and 75 pounds. A hitch rack rated to carry one costs several hundred dollars and still requires you to lift the bike onto it. A great many of our customers — and this is not a delicate way of putting it, it is just true — simply cannot do that.
The result, across the whole industry, is predictable: the bike stops getting serviced. Not because the owner does not care, but because the trip to the shop is a bigger physical obstacle than the problem being fixed. Brakes get soft, chains wear out, a tire goes flat and stays flat, and eventually the bike becomes garage furniture.
We would rather fetch it.
Who uses this most
Riders who have stopped driving, or would rather not. Condo residents whose building makes bike transport a project. Boat owners whose bike lives at a marina. Anyone whose bike is currently unrideable — which is precisely when getting it here is hardest.
And a lot of people who could load it themselves and simply have better things to do on a Saturday.
Questions
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on where you are — call or text us with your address and we will give you a straight number before we book anything. For most of Boca Raton and the immediate surrounds it is a small flat fee, and it is often waived with a bike purchase. Ask.
Do you deliver bikes you did not sell me?
Yes. If you bought online and it needs assembly or service, we will collect it — box and all — and bring it back built, tuned and ready to ride.
Can you deliver to a condo or a gated community?
Yes, and we do it constantly. Tell us the gate procedure when you book and we will handle it. We can bring the bike to your unit rather than leaving it in the lobby.
What about a boat or a marina?
Also yes. Folding bikes going onto boats are a regular run for us. Let us know the slip and access details.
How far will you go?
Our regular range covers Boca Raton, Delray, Deerfield, Boynton, Pompano and the towns between. Further afield, ask — the answer is often still yes, sometimes with a bit more notice.
Can I still just bring it in?
Of course. Plenty of people prefer to. Delivery exists because for a lot of riders, getting the bike here is the hardest part of owning it.
