Authorized warranty service center
If it's under warranty,
the manufacturer pays.
We are an authorized warranty service center for 17 brands. That is not the same as "we'll take a look at it" — it means covered repairs are done here, with manufacturer parts, at no cost to you.
It does not matter where you bought the bike. Online, big-box, another shop, another state — your warranty comes with the bike, not the receipt's address.
The list
17 brands we are authorized for
Yours here? Bring it in with your proof of purchase. Not here? We almost certainly still service it — just as a normal repair rather than a warranty claim.
RAD Power Bikes
Electric bike
The biggest direct-to-consumer e-bike brand in America, and the one we see most. If yours needs warranty work, we are an authorized service center — bring it in rather than starting a support ticket.
Warranty service details →Jetson
Electric bike
Widely sold through Costco and big-box retail, which means a lot of Jetson owners bought a bike from a shop that cannot service it. We can, and we handle warranty claims.
Warranty service details →JackRabbit
Micro e-bike / scooter
The tiny, seat-and-motor micro e-bikes. Popular with boaters and condo residents around here for exactly the reasons you would expect, and we are an authorized service center for them.
Warranty service details →Bulls USA
Electric bike
German-engineered performance e-bikes, usually built around a Bosch mid-drive. A more serious machine than most of what we see, and one that genuinely rewards proper servicing.
Warranty service details →Priority Bicycles
Electric & belt-drive bike
Built around belt drives and internally geared hubs — deliberately low-maintenance bikes, which is an unusually sensible choice for a coastal climate. We are an authorized service center.
Warranty service details →Bluejay
Electric bike
Boutique step-through electric bikes with an unusually strong sense of design. Beautiful things, and we are an authorized warranty service center for them.
Warranty service details →Ford
Electric bike
Ford-branded electric bikes, including folding models. We are an authorized warranty service center — worth knowing, because a licensed-brand bike can be genuinely confusing to get supported otherwise.
Warranty service details →McLaren
Electric bike
Performance-branded electric bikes, usually at the sharper end of the market. We are an authorized warranty service center.
Warranty service details →Mercedes
Electric bike
Mercedes-branded electric bikes. Another licensed brand where local support is unusually hard to find, and another one we are authorized to handle warranty work for.
Warranty service details →Cycrown
Electric bike
Direct-to-consumer electric bikes sold online. We are an authorized warranty service center, which spares you the usual photograph-and-wait support process.
Warranty service details →Higbee
Electric bike
Direct-to-consumer electric bikes. We are an authorized warranty service center, so you have a local bench rather than a support queue.
Warranty service details →Viribus
Electric bike
Value-focused electric bikes sold online, including step-through and fat-tire models. We are an authorized warranty service center.
Warranty service details →Prevelo
Kids' bike
Serious kids' bikes, built light and properly sized — the same philosophy as the Woom bikes we stock. We are an authorized warranty service center for them.
Warranty service details →Pedego
We sell it tooElectric bike
We are an authorized Pedego dealer as well as a warranty service center, so claims, parts and service all happen here rather than in a shipping box.
Warranty service details →Urtopia
We sell it tooElectric bike
We sell Urtopia and we are a warranty service center for them — which matters more than usual on a carbon frame with a lot of integrated electronics.
Warranty service details →Emojo
We sell it tooElectric trike
We stock the Emojo trike range and are a warranty service center for the brand — including their two-wheelers, which we do not sell but will happily service.
Warranty service details →Meelod
We sell it tooElectric bike
We sell Meelod and handle their warranty work — worth knowing on a retro-styled fat-tire bike, where the bodywork makes some jobs less straightforward than they look.
Warranty service details →Why this matters more than it sounds
Nearly every electric bike sold in America now comes with a warranty and almost no local way to use it. The brand is online, the nearest authorized shop is in another state, and the process starts with photographing your own bike for somebody who will ask you to photograph it again from a different angle.
What usually happens next is that the owner gives up. The bike goes in the garage with a fault that was covered, and stays there. We see that bike constantly — often eighteen months later, well out of warranty, with a repair the manufacturer would have paid for.
So bring it in early. Even if you are not sure it is covered. Diagnosis is quick, and knowing where you stand while the clock is still running is worth a great deal more than finding out afterwards.
What is almost never covered
Worth setting expectations honestly. No manufacturer covers wear: brake pads, tires, chains, cassettes, cables, grips. Nor damage from crashes, water immersion, or a repair somebody attempted at home. Batteries are usually covered for defects but not for the gradual capacity loss that every battery experiences.
We will tell you which side of that line you are on before we do anything, and quote the repair as a normal job if it falls outside.
We are not only a warranty center
Being authorized for these brands does not mean we only touch them. We service every e-bike that comes through the door — see our service menu and what we do with bikes bought online.
Both dealer and warranty center
Four of these we also sell new
Pedego, Urtopia, Emojo, Meelod — bought here, serviced here, warranty handled here. It is the shortest possible path between a problem and somebody fixing it.
Questions
What does "authorized warranty service center" actually mean?
It means the manufacturer has approved us to carry out warranty repairs on their behalf. If your fault is covered, the manufacturer pays for the repair — not you. It also means we can order warranty parts directly rather than telling you to contact support yourself.
Do I have to have bought the bike from you?
No. That is the whole point. Most of the bikes we handle warranty claims on were bought online or from a big-box retailer. Where you bought it does not affect your warranty.
What do I need to bring?
Proof of purchase and the bike. The receipt or order confirmation establishes the purchase date, which is what determines whether you are still in the warranty period. A photo of the order email on your phone is fine.
What if my bike is out of warranty?
We still fix it, at our normal service rates. Being an authorized center does not mean we only touch warranty work — it means covered repairs are free to you and everything else is quoted honestly.
What if the fault turns out not to be covered?
We tell you before we do the work, along with what it would cost to fix it as a normal repair. Wear items — brake pads, tires, chains, cables — are almost never covered by any manufacturer, and we would rather set that expectation early than surprise you.
Can you collect my bike?
Yes. We deliver and collect across Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Deerfield, Boynton and Pompano — which matters a great deal when the bike is unrideable, since that is exactly when getting it to a shop is hardest.
How long do warranty repairs take?
Diagnosis is usually same or next day. After that it depends entirely on how quickly the manufacturer ships the part, which varies by brand. We will give you a realistic estimate rather than an optimistic one, and you can follow the repair stage by stage in our app.
Track your warranty repair from your phone
Warranty work waits on manufacturer parts, and not knowing where things stand is the worst part. Cycologist shows you the actual stage.
