If you ride one trike here, ride this one. It is the model we sell most of, and the one that has most often turned “I think I’m finished with cycling” into somebody riding five days a week.
The fat tires are not styling. On three wheels a wide contact patch is what keeps the thing planted through a turn, and 4-inch tires soak up the boardwalk and the sand grit on the A1A shoulder without unsettling you.
The brakes are the upgrade that matters
Hydraulic discs on a trike are not a luxury. A loaded trike with a rider is a heavy object, and cable brakes on that much weight fade exactly when you need them. This is the main thing the Pro gives you over the standard Caddy, and it is worth the difference.
Come and turn a corner on one
Trikes steer rather than lean, and that is genuinely strange for about four minutes. Then it stops being something you think about. Those four minutes are why we keep one charged.
