The tiny, seat-and-motor micro e-bikes. Popular with boaters and condo residents around here for exactly the reasons you would expect, and we are an authorized service center for them.
Covered repairs are paid by JackRabbit, not by you — and it makes no difference where you bought the bike.
JackRabbits solve a specific problem beautifully: they weigh almost nothing and fit where a bike does not. On the Intracoastal that is a genuinely useful trait.
We used to carry these on the floor and no longer do, but we remain an authorized warranty service center — so if you own one, nothing has changed about where to bring it.
How a claim works here
- Bring the bike and your proof of purchase. Or ask us to collect it — useful when it will not roll.
- We diagnose it. Usually same or next day, on a stand, in person.
- We tell you where you stand before doing any work — covered, not covered, or partly. Wear items are never covered by anyone, and we say so early.
- We order the parts and do the repair. Timing depends on how fast JackRabbit ships; you can follow the actual stage in our app rather than calling to ask.

Do you do warranty repairs on JackRabbit bikes?
Yes. We are an authorized JackRabbit warranty service center. If your fault is covered, JackRabbit pays for the repair and we order the parts directly — you do not need to open a support ticket or ship anything.
I did not buy my JackRabbit from you. Does that matter?
No. Your warranty travels with the bike, not with the shop that sold it. Bought online, from a big-box store, or in another state — bring it in either way.
What do I need to bring with my JackRabbit?
The bike and your proof of purchase. The receipt or order confirmation establishes the purchase date, which determines whether you are still inside the warranty period. A photo of the order email on your phone is fine.
Can you collect my JackRabbit if it will not ride?
Yes. We collect and return bikes across Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Deerfield, Boynton and Pompano — which is most useful in exactly this situation, when the bike cannot be ridden to us and will not fit in a car.
